"Build Your Lifestyle First, and Your Business Around the Lifestyle" - definitely helps to craft your business and let people know where you come from. Although, it can be hard to craft your story when big leaps have not been taken to define oneself. Oh hey, that might be a perfect resolution. ;)
I just started using a really good tool that is making all my affiliate links much better. It's at http://linkshiftr.com and I wish they had an affiliate program because I would make a lot of money off their pro subscription. The free version has everything I want though for now.
