Most of us know Deb Ng as the Conference Director of BlogWorld. What you might know is that prior to her current role, she successfully grew and sold a blog, and managed several online communities. I was really excited to have her as a guest because she’s somebody whose experience I’ve been wanting to to have on for quite some time. Here are some of the highlights from our chat:
- The Importance of Conversation and Comments in Building Community

- The “Old Days” Spirit of Blogging
- How to Manage and Grow a Blog Network
- The Importance of Maintaining Your Voice as Your Grow
- The Key Selection Criteria for BlogWorld
- A Sneak Peak Into BlogWorld LA 2011
In addition to her BlogWorld duties, Deb Ng is a social media enthusiast, oversharer, and author of Online Community Management for Dummies. She laughs hard at her own jokes and currently blogs at kommein.com. You can follow her on twitter @debng.
