Thanks Chris for demystifying outsourcing for folks who simply oppose it without understanding the benefits as well as for those thinking they could work 4 hours a day outsourcing their tasks.
I've been reading and listening to your various interviews and love your philosophy on outsourcing as a lifestyle. Keep it up!
I've just heard of Chris recently surfing around other blogs. I believe I found one of his comments there so I digged in and the information he has on his blogs are absolutely necessary with what online bloggers as well as entrepreneurs need. While outsourcing is something I haven't come around too, I know it takes a little 'trial and error' as you've said to get it down pat. Thus, like all work, your online structure requires a bit of your attention to really get it off the ground. Mentioned of time management and philosophy towards how you want to work plays a large part. Thank you so much for tackling some of the common misunderstandings for online enthusiasts who go about online thinking it's an easy way to get rich, when it's really not.

Any kind of business needs structure. You cant just hit the 'submit' button, and expect everything to work perfectly... It doesnt work that way.
