I really glad you told your story on your leap of faith from a six figure salary to zero! I was chatting about this the other day and couldn’t put my finger on it, about why we were trapped in our job and even though we could have sold everything at the time and been more than capable of buying a boat and being able to sail the world and not having to work for a decade or so. It was exactly how you put it – earning good money was like crack, you can’t stop. We are only actively working on taking our world trip now after the business went under – from half a million income to zero. The crazy thing – we had the money to do what what dreamed of but looking back I don’t think we would have actually done it because things were so comfortable.
I’m glad our eyes were forced open to see things as they are. – Sarah
