Making the Transition From a Day Job to Full Time Entrepreneurship with Carmen Sognonvi

I came across Carmen Sognovi when she wrote a blog post at Pamela Slim’s blog that caught my attention. We started chatting on twitter and hit it off.  So I decided to have her on the show and share her expertise with us. She’s really a veteran in the world of online publishing.

  • How a Brick and Mortar Business Uses Blogging and Social Media
  • The Key to Creating Excellent Video Content

This was a great interview..Thank you for sharing this to us..

  7. Oh wow… the questions that she is asking herself about goals for blogging are the same exact questions that I am asking myself. Not having a strategy… I’m definitely a victim.

I see we hit the mentor subject again. I love that. It’s something that is really starting to hit home with me. Access to mentors is better than it ever has been in history with these social networks bringing people together.

  8. just watched some of her fight vids, she’s one flexible lady.

It was great to hear some of Carmen’s insights regarding the transition to your dream job. She is such a pro! I came across a video that talks about the how-to transition from your day job to your dream business from Marie Forleo. http://marieforleo.com/2011/06/transition-day-job-dream-business/

  10. Wow! This could be one particular of the most useful blogs We have ever arrive across on this subject. Basically Magnificent. I am also an expert in this topic therefore I can understand your effort. @ http://tinyurl.com/7fnadk2

  11. Great podcast. Some good tools and tricks in there. Well, maybe not tricks but great tips. Srini, not sure how but more folks need to hear about your great interview style.

  12. The ability of entrepreneurs to innovate relates to innate traits such as extroversion and a proclivity for risk-taking. According to Schumpeter (1934), the capabilities of innovating, introducing new technologies, increasing efficiency and productivity, or generating new products or services, are characteristics of entrepreneurs.
